Hey it's Bryce, founder of Project Endangered. I am so excited to introduce "The Endangered List," a blog dedicated to documenting stories and news about endangered species and conservation. In a world full of problems, issues, and stressors, it is important to highlight positive events and people to bring hope for the future. This blog is to do just that. We will do our best to keep you guys updated on how organizations we sponsor and even ones that we don't are making a positive impact in today's world.
I would first like to discuss the featured image of this blog. It is a picture of myself on a beautiful hike at Lester Park in Minnesota. This photo was taken as advertisement for our Team Orca collection however for me it has a deeper meaning. This picture and the feeling I had when sitting atop that rock reminded me of the beauty that nature holds. It is a reminder that this world is worth fighting for. Natural areas like Lester Park should be preserved not just for the ecosystem and the animals within but for humans. For the inspiration and awe that we all experience when peering through the trees at a great waterfall. For the wonder we feel when looking out onto the ocean and imagining all of the creatures it holds. Conservation and sustaining habitats is as important for wildlife as it is for us. That is why I created Project Endangered. As a step towards saving endangered species and the ecosystems in which they reside. I urge our readers to also take a step towards conservation. It could be as small as starting a compost bin or purchasing a reusable dish soap container. As we embark on this journey with "The Endangered List," I hope to inspire everyone to take small, meaningful actions that contribute to restoring this planet. Together, we can create a ripple effect that will lead to significant positive change. Thank you for reading, and I look forward to sharing stories of hope and progress with you.
